Is waiting the right way to react to a global pandemic? Considering that art is not just entertainment, but an essential means for transmitting and feeling emotions, we cannot wait. Waiting can be an endless state. Once waiting for something ends, waiting for something else begins, which means waiting is a continuous process that doesn’t end at the end of a specific period. This is why art cannot be put on pause, just as we cannot pause our emotions. We have to find the way, to research, to feel within ourselves and to transmit art without waiting. We can’t wait to be able to return to experience our theaters, our museums, cinema – we can’t stop.
